"Aureus", derived from the latin word for golden, epitomises this season both in texture, colour and the state of mind it evokes. Thoughts of beach days, golden sands, sun-kissed skin, blue skies and deep oceans. Sumptuous velvets, tactile linen blends, crisp light cottons and beachy jacquard in tones of cinnamon, honey and soladite blue give way to lighter tones of white and gray.
This Spring/Summer we're walking into the light. With both our kids and women's collections taking on warm golden tones. This seasons offerings will evoke thoughts of hot Australiana days and pay homage to this beautiful land.
Model Louise Van De Vorst showcases the Feather Drum Woman SS19 Capsule Collection. Woman SS19 showcases minimalist designs with a touch of soft femininity creating a ready-to-wear summer wardrobe in a colour palette which is kept clean and simple. Crisp white, gunmetal and storm sit alongside a sheer stripe in shapes that cast a classic silhouette.
We're also working hard at Feather Drum to bring you sustainable, organic and ethically made garments wherever possible. We are so passionate about doing our bit to save our environment for future generations and think we can all walk a little lighter knowing our garments have been made with these values.
